These are the positions available at the moment only in Mumbai:


  • Visit and meet individuals/ NGO’s who is in need of funds to carry out their activities.
  • You have to document stories, get pictures and testimonials in order to write powerful stories of human interest.
  • Travelling across the city is a necessity for interactions with campaign organizers and profiling them (stories and photographs).
  • Create inspiring stories, which potential donors across the world can relate to, and be willing to help the campaign.
  • Help Ketto Campaign Managers in the process of campaign set up; i.e. writing the story, putting up photographs etc.
  • Take ownership of the content for all campaigns assigned to you in your locality/ city. This includes reviewing the progress of such campaigns through regular updates for donors. Required Skills: Impeccable written skills in English, and speaking proficiency in regional language where they will be placed.
  • Good interpersonal skills - empathy to understand people, ability to connect with strangers, and carry- out conversations in difficult situations - are essential.
  • Photography skills, including a basic idea of human interest photography, are important.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 months commitment.
  • A graduate or a postgraduate degree. Strong preference for fresh graduates (0- 2 year) from Journalism/ Mass media/ Communications background Proficiency with MS Office Suite and web tools (Gmail, Skype, WordPress, etc.).

What is the Job like?

  • As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the creative and visual execution of the Ketto desktop and mobile platform, landing pages, advertising, emails, sales tools, social media, and all external-facing creative executions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and front-end developers in an agile workflow to explore designs with internal users, brainstorm and design creative concepts, execute and deliver specifications, creative assets, and wire-frames for design and production use.
  • Create excellent visual web-page designs with sensitivity to user-system interaction

Who Should Apply for this Role?

Purpose of the Role:

The person will be responsible for on-boarding and managing of campaigns along with managing new and existing partnerships.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Play an active role to support Business Development Function to ensure the growth of the Start up.
  • On board new NGO's/Corporates/Social Enterprises and help them to create campaigns and identify attractive programs for Fund Raising.
  • Set-up partnership for Online and Offline Events.
  • Identify and get in touch with the potential partners and campaigners.
  • Cold Calling to the potential prospect and thereby generate leads for the same.
  • Identify and give presentation to the existing and new customers.
  • Conduct research, surveys , on-site visit and do competitive analysis.
  • Participate in efforts to increase the number of campaign creators.
  • Organize and attend meetings with NGO's /Non-Profits/Corporates/Social Enterprise to provide guidance to make campaign successful.

Ketto announces its Fellowship Program 2018 called "India Social Change Interns" for undergraduates and graduates who always wants to do 'Something' - Something for the Society, something for the Nation and be an active Change Maker. We are offering 3 months and 6 months position for our 1st batch starting in Feb 2018. Fellows would be paid monthly stipend.

Ketto fellowship is for those who seek and thrive in the challenging situations and who do not chase the swanky corner office. It is for leaders who fuel the growth of the leading NGO`s and bring them up to digital speed.

Ketto's Fellowship program is the brainchild of Ketto Foundation. It gives graduates and undergraduates 3 months/6 months of live experience where they can contribute to an important cause while documenting inspiring stories of change. We believe that as a Nation it is important to develop and support existing NGOs and social enterprises in the work they do in order to bring change in the Social and Public systems.

About the Fellowship Program

Ketto Fellowship Program is a program designed for a period of 3-6 months starting February, 2018. The fellowship is designed to provide youth with first-hand experience in understanding the functioning of an NGO and their fundraising process. The fellow needs to understand the importance of crowdfunding in a fundraising strategy and devise creative ways to raise funds.

The fellow will support the NGO they are placed in to become more digitally savvy by making efficient use of social media and other digital platforms while working out of their offices and share these inspiring stories of the causes the NGO supports. They will also be visiting Hospitals where they will help the ones who are looking for financing theirs or their loved ones treatments.

As a Fellow, you will be visiting different NGOs, hospitals of Mumbai in-order to witness the ground reality closely. Your day-to-day activities include:

  • Visiting NGOs & hospitals across Mumbai in order to meet those who have used our platform for Crowdfunding.
  • Writing compelling stories of Campaigner`s profiles which will help our Supporters to read and contribute to the Campaign.
  • Interacting with the NGOs - spending time with them and understanding their fundraising system and integrating crowdfunding as a part of it.
